Next-Generation Creators
Nurture creative thinking, collaboration and entrepreneurial confidence.

Sector Support
Supply galleries, theatres, film houses and digital studios with work-ready talent.

Diversity & Inclusion
Remove cost, location and background based barriers so the arts reflect every UK community.

Why It Matters

The UK’s creative industries generated £124 billion in gross value added in 2023, accounting for 5.2 % of the whole economy.

DCMS figures show the wider culture and creative sectors now sustain 4 million jobs — almost 12 % of all UK employment.

Independent forecasts (Nesta) indicate the UK will need around one million additional creative jobs by 2030 to keep pace with demand and global competition.

The first UK study to monetise wellbeing outcomes estimates that arts and cultural engagement delivers £8 billion a year in health and productivity gains for society.
